Changshu Lion-Star Bicycles Co., Ltd. is situated in Changshu, with a land area of about 16,667 square meters. Our company was established in May 2003. Our annual output is 0.2 million pieces, and our facility was certified by ISO9000 system in 2004.

We currently have 80 workers, including 5 technicians and 5 quality control people, who have several years' experiences in Taiwan company, and rich knowledge of Japanese & European markets. Our parent company specializes in producing professional bicycle spray painting equipment, which has 20 years' history and have cooperated with several famous Chinese enterprises. We currently have equipment and machines including frame surface equipment, bicycle DISK static spray equipment, bicycle BB parts tooth equipment, 65m-long bicycle pre-assembling systems, wheel handing-over machines, wheel tightening machines, wheel adjustment machines, and wheel & frame overhead conveyor storing systems.

At the beginning, we produced bicycles for Lanling (an English company) and Vanet (an Japanese company). Since 2004, we have entered Dutch market, and started to cooperate with Dutch bicycle company BIKES2GO. We have collected rich experience for three years. Since 2005, we have been cooperating with Japanese famous auto company, producing folding bicycles for them, and enjoying a good reputation.

Our management personnel constantly put efforts on quality control and employment improvement, which guarantees that each bicycle can meet customers' requirements.
